Risk of Rain: The Board Game is a cooperative roguelike board game adventure set on the deadly planet of Petrichor V. Inspired by the acclaimed video game series, you face ever-escalating waves of monsters, collect powerful items, and try to escape in time - or perish in the attempt.

Each run takes you through four stages. On every stage, you explore the map to locate a hidden teleporter and charge it before taking on a stage boss. Clear three stages to reach Commencement, where Mithrix awaits as the final challenge. You can also save your progress at the end of any stage, letting you and your fellow survivors continue the adventure later.

Each player takes on a Survivor with a unique deck of action cards. At the start of every round, these cards are placed into a shared action row alongside monster actions. Speed values determine turn order, creating fast-paced tactical choices each round as you move, attack, and interact with the world - while monsters strike back, block your progress, and can even multiply if left unchecked.

With shifting runs, new item combinations, and constantly rising pressure from your enemies, Risk of Rain: The Board Game is built for nearly endless replayability, blending strategic depth with the unpredictable tension of a true roguelike.
